1. Introduction

Welcome to PowerOGrow. These terms govern your access to and use of services, information products, and goods offered by PowerOGrow at Taj Mahal, Dharmapuri, Forest Colony, Tajganj, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282001, India.

2. Services

PowerOGrow offers Energy Leadership coaching sessions and workshops designed to enhance personal growth and leadership capabilities.

2.1 Coaching Sessions

• Cancellation at least 7 days before the scheduled session qualifies for a refund of the paid amount minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Sessions may be rescheduled once, provided notice is given at least 5 days before the original date.
• Refunds are processed within 30 days via the original payment avenue.

2.2 Live Workshops

Live workshops are non-refundable due to limited seating and preparatory expenses. Attendees may transfer their registration to another person by notifying us at least 10 days prior to the workshop.

3. Information Products

Digital courses, e-books, and webinars ("Info Products") are delivered electronically.

• A 7-day satisfaction guarantee applies from the date of first access or download. To request a refund, contact us via the contact form with proof of purchase.
• Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment avenue.
• Upon approval, you must cease use and delete all copies of the digital material.

4. Goods

Physical merchandise is shipped to the address provided at checkout.

• Merchandise in original, unopened condition may be sent back within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
• Customers are responsible for shipment costs when sending merchandise back.
• Approved refunds are issued within 15 days of receipt and inspection.

5. General Refund Policy

All refund requests must include order details and reason for the request. We reserve the right to verify eligibility before processing any refund.

Refunds are credited using the same route used for the original purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment avenue provider.

6. Scheduling and Changes

To change a scheduled service, notify PowerOGrow at least 5 days before the booked session. Service changes are subject to availability and may incur fees if rescheduled within 5 days of the original date.
